Project Statement

For this Recycling Plastic Shredder machine invent for the main purposes is recycled all plastics waste as all know that plastics would never absorb into landfill if there’s a lot people keep on throwing all over they want after using those plastics. As we can see many things need plastics to store or put their material to bring everywhere. All these people only concern for their ease rather than consequences that world or landfill facing that everywhere plastics waste had been throw.

So that, exist buyer for recycling things had come up with idea where they gather all the waste after that do the right process before submitting processed waste to specific place where it can be reuse back.

In the other hand, they had fulfilled to reduce the waste on this landfill but to catered size ordered of waste cutting it become uneven when cut it process. This because might be factor of large number of waste need to be process in a day or it refer to what type cutter/shredder being use to cut the plastics waste before it end the process.

Furthermore, in this new invention of new design of shredder will help on fastest processing the plastics waste. It also can reduce stuck while plastics waste process mode. This is because when overloaded or the size order to cut is not meet the target the workmanship will keep shredded until get the plastics waste process size order. This method will make the shredder machine part stuck.

Project Background

The general purpose of The Invention of Plastics Recycling Machines is:
  • to shred the waste of plastic bottle.
  • to make sure the size of output cutting follow as had been order and organize all plastic wasted process through right station.
The creation of this machines because of to reduced plastic wasted existed throw all over the place. In the right process of recycling plastic wasted is shredded method.

The main purpose of inventing this Plastics Recycling Machines is to upgraded existing shredder had been use for long time which not properly cutting the plastics waste due to desire sizes.

In this project, focusing is more in depth to shredder design and material itself. Stressing on this part because of to reduce and save some space for allocate all the plastics waste which had been finished all their recycling process.

Types Of Plastics can be Recycle

Not all plastics are recyclable. There are 4 types of plastic which are commonly recycled:

• Polyethylene (PE) - both high density and low-density polyethylene.
• Polypropylene (PP)
• Polystyrene (PS)
• Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

A common problem with recycling plastics is that plastics are often made up of more than one kind of polymer or there may be some sort of fibre added to the plastic (a composite) to give added strength. This can make recovery difficult.

An Introduction of the Invention Plastics Recycling Machine

Although there is also a rapid growth in plastics consumption in the developing world, plastics consumption per capital in developing countries is much lower than in the industrialized countries. These plastics are, however, often produced from expensive imported raw materials. There is a much wider scope for recycling in developing countries due to several factors:
  • Labor costs are lower.
  • In many countries there is an existing culture of reuse and recycling, with the associated system of collection, sorting, cleaning and reuse of ‘waste’ or used materials
  • There is often an ‘informal sector’ which is ideally suited to taking on small-scale recycling activities. Such opportunities to earn a small income are rarely missed by members of the urban poor
  • Transportation costs are often lower, with hand or ox carts often being used.
  • Innovative use of scrap machinery often leads to low entry costs for processing or manufacture.

In developing countries the scope for recycling of plastics is growing as the amount
of plastic being consumed increases.
